A beautiful little inn located right on the hiking trail! Here you can stop for a break during your hike on the Chasseralgrat and refuel with simple dishes and cool drinks! If you're feeling adventurous, try the homemade gentian schnapps – wow!

The SAC hut is located on the approximately 12-kilometer-long ridge trail from Chasseral to Frinvillier. It's practically always open on weekends. Soup with sausage or coffee with cake are traditional offerings here.

Great place to stop for a bite to eat, closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

sadly I couldn't do the entire Sommêtres's because of the fear of the people with me. Anyway, you can still enjoy the view and the place. Alway respect the space and grab your litter, there's people there if you don't know something and of course, explanations sheet are everywhere for you to understand in different languages.

Buvette open when the weather is nice.

This refuge is described as the most alpine in the entire Jura chain, which is not an exaggeration given the altitude, the simple and extremely comfortable furnishings and the view of the cliffs. The water comes from a cistern and should be boiled before use.

Closed in winter, but quiet in summer with fine food.

Very cool place to stay overnight, but you have to register beforehand and make a small contribution, which is totally fine.
