The way up (and especially down) from the end of the gorge near the waterfall after the bridge is NOT for the faint of heart. You need strength and sure footing. If you travel in a group and/or if people are coming towards you, you need to know that stones will get knocked loose.

In a strong storm you should avoid this trickle because you can quickly walk through mud and water here.

The Salt del Fitó is a 60 meter high waterfall in the municipality of La Jonquera, in the Alt Empordà, in the Albera Natural Park of National Interest.
