The mountain hut is located at an elevation of 320 meters and is reached via a steep trail. It offers beautiful views of the valley. Unfortunately, the Briksdal Glacier is largely obscured by trees.

Magnificent panorama from these huts, which once served as summer accommodation for the dairymaids or herdsmen.

A day trip to Støyvastøylen Alm is also interesting for families with children. The well-marked path leads up to the summer pasture with great views of mountains and waterfalls.

Laukisætra is a beautiful farmstead that is part of the Løken farms. From up here you have a beautiful view of the Oldevatnet.

Nice little village in the fells.

The way to the small huts in the fell is worthwhile. Depending on the season, you are almost alone here and can enjoy the area. Depending on the weather, waterproof shoes are recommended.

A beautiful, sheltered (ideally sunny) place to rest with a breathtaking view over the Jolstravatnet.

The cabin is quite large. You can go in anytime, but you have to take off your shoes. Large windows face south, east, and west. Inside, there are comfortable benches. A stove can be used for heating. Outside, there are large wooden steps from which you can enjoy the view of the valley.
