Praia Vermelha, on Ilha Grande, is a tranquil beach with light sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for relaxing after a hike. The surrounding jungle gives it a remote and uncrowded feel. It's advisable to bring water and sunscreen, as there are few amenities in the area.

From this vantage point, you can see the sea and several islands covered in vegetation. From above, you can make out the outline of the bay, the coastal mountains, and the waters that change color with the light. It's a truly unique place.

The lake is wonderful, with a very pleasant atmosphere. Great for swimming, there are even some swings where you can swing and jump into the water, a small deck that I found quite charming, and some spots have grass and benches where you can relax and enjoy the scenery surrounded by nature. There's a street that runs around the entire lake, so it's great for walking or biking. The area is residential and very quiet, so please respect the environment by maintaining that atmosphere.

The trail to Cachoeira starts on the street behind Lídice square, to take Estrada do Parado.

At the entrance to the waterfall, you'll immediately see a viewpoint overlooking two waterfalls. Following the trail to the left, in just 5 minutes you'll reach the third waterfall, which has a very nice pool for swimming and is deep in some parts.

Fazenda da Luz Park is a tourist attraction on the Palmares Route (which includes the 300-year-old Jequitibá tree and Palmares Lake). There, you can also visit the Municipal Garden and receive native Atlantic Forest seedlings. This stretch is also part of the Emperor's Road, a famous tourist route in the region.

Most of them go by bike, but the final route is a walking trail, I recommend taking a lock to secure the bikes at the beginning of the final walking trail. You can even take your bike, but the trail is narrow, only one person passes at a time, and you will have to carry the bike on several stretches if you decide to take it with you. Advantage of being free, with no entry fee. It has a large and delightful swimming pool.
