자라‬에서 가장 멋진 ‪5‬개의 동굴

Keszthely는 종종 „발라톤의 수도“로 알려져 있으며, 이는 전적으로 타당합니다. 호숫가에 있는 많은 장소들이 순수한 휴양지인 반면, Keszthely 시내 중심부는 진정한 역사와 바로크의 우아함을 뿜어냅니다.

케슈텔리 성(공식 명칭 페슈테티치 성)은 헝가리에서 가장 중요한 문화 기념물 중 하나입니다. 발라톤 호수 서쪽 기슭에 위치하며 바로크 건축과 귀족 역사에 관심이 있다면 꼭 방문해야 할 곳입니다. 이 성은 헝가리에서 가장 부유하고 영향력 있는 귀족 가문 중 하나인 페슈테티치 가문의 본거지였습니다. 그들은 성주였을 뿐만 아니라 문화, 농업, 교육의 중요한 후원자였습니다(예: 유럽 최초의 농업 대학인 게오르기콘 설립). 건설은 1745년 크리스토프 페슈테티치가 시작했지만, 19세기에 대대적으로 확장되고 신고전주의 양식으로 재설계되었습니다. 총 101개의 방을 갖춘 이 성은 헝가리에서 세 번째로 큰 성 단지 중 하나입니다.

A baroque palace built in the 18th century and now serving as a museum. Surrounded by a large park, the palace houses, among other things, a carriage museum, a palm house, and a hunting exhibition. It was the residence of the Hungarian noble Festetics family for over 200 years. Today, it is known as the Helikon Palace Museum and houses an extensive library and various exhibitions.

In the immediate vicinity of the church square, there are two castles, a small one and a larger one. An information board provides information about the history of the buildings. The larger one is apparently used as a school and was not accessible at the time of my visit.

I hiked to Tatika Castle from the rest area on the road from Heviz to Sümeg. Anyone who has conquered the approximately 2 km hike + about 150 meters of elevation gain will find a true natural paradise. In addition to beautiful views in all directions, you'll find ancient walls, lizards, butterflies, and a diverse flora. I was here in May and had the old castle complex all to myself!

There's a stage in the courtyard. I'm not sure if it's also used for open-air theater. It was closed at the time of my visit.
