If you prefer Italian cuisine, this restaurant is worth a visit. They serve perfectly cooked pizza, well-prepared spaghetti, and delicious squid. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. It's important to note, however, that only cash payments are accepted. Opening hours: Daily 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Hot food served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

The Kesselfall circular trail (R3) begins at the Sandwirt inn in Augraben. A "talking" signpost—showing a man falling into a cauldron—indicates the direction.

A very beautiful gorge, but unfortunately the circular trail is currently closed (July 25) due to a rockfall. So you have to go back down the gorge if you don't want to go down the main road.

Entry to the gorge is on a donation basis. All donations are used to maintain the paths and bridges.

The view of the gorge is very beautiful but not passable with larger dogs. Unfortunately we had to turn around!

Fabulous hike, well-signed, a few dicey spots here and there but overall a spectacular canyon with an unparalleled opportunity to experience it on wooden bridges and stairs

Unfortunately, the inn is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (as of April 2024) The hiking trail is very beautiful, sturdy shoes are recommended.
