We were there today and can only assume it's a nice hike. The access road from the southern end of the lake is practically impassable and only good for hiking, unfortunately. We'll try again another time.

Water source rising from the Schrattenkalk

When the water is low (in winter) you can enter through the gap!

Karst cave - the first stage is still doable without any equipment, but then it quickly goes down steeply and dark, so you can only continue with the appropriate equipment

A little down (narrow, steep forest path, just under 1 minute) from the road on the eastern shore of the Wägitalersee, the Ziggenbach flows imposingly in a short "canyon" into the lake.

A detour is definitely worth it.

The main entrance of a larger cave, which can be entered while standing. Several passages in the rock, one of which comes to light on the other side. However, that hole in the hill should not be used as an entrance, lots of spiders there. (Unfortunately speaking from experience)

Lourdes grotto Not far from the village, in the first half of the last century, Morschach also built his Lourdes grotto on the initiative of the pastor at the time. A pretty and contemplative place, which is also provided with a small wooden hut and a bell.
