The Sierra de Mollerussa is a spectacular place with good steep climbs and trails everywhere

It has a good climb but you can go down to torregrossa almost without pedaling

There is a good descent and it is a good route to go directly to Borges Blanques

Following the Canal d'Urgell, we will find this pool of water used to irrigate the plain's fields. It's always good to walk around it and we're sure to see some animal!

The popular reservoir in the Sierra de Mollerussa is ideal to add to our routes. We can easily skirt it on foot or by bicycle and it is close to Fita Alta and the small Sierra aerodrome.

We are in the largest pond in Catalonia in terms of surface and with a great biodiversity, so it is recommended to go with binoculars to observe the fauna from several viewpoints that we will find if we skirt the pond. If it coincides with us, we will see a beautiful sunset.

The Patano de la Bassella gives us a beautiful view, especially if we arrive at dusk. It is located near Tossal del Infern (a small mountain of 301 meters in Pla d'Urgell)

Idyllic place to spend the day with children, as a couple or as a family. Under the shade of the trees, we have a picnic area, with benches, tables and barbecues. There is also a small fenced pond with ducks and turtles. Not far away is the Sierra de Mollerussa Rally circuit.
