Birdwatching hut De Pluus offers a beautiful view over the unique raised bog landscape of the Engbertsdijksvenen. From here you can spot numerous bird species, such as the crane and the bluethroat, while looking out over vast fens and open heathlands. The peaceful surroundings and rich wildlife make this an ideal place for nature lovers and a perfect starting point for a walk through this protected Natura 2000 area.

The "Vogelkijkhut" in the Ottershagen bird sanctuary near Tilligte is a compact observation platform. With the necessary peace and quiet and equipped with binoculars, you can observe many meadow birds at their breeding grounds in this wetland, especially in spring.
