In the Mlynařice floodplain, the city of Milovice implemented an extensive revitalization construction of the Josefov Pond and Wetlands in 2014 with the support of the Environmental Operational Program. The complex system of water levels was excavated in groves with a predominance of ash maple on the left side of the Mlynařice river bed. For the time being, the pools are separated from the Mlynařice due to the purity of the water, but the plan is, when sewage treatment in Milovice can be improved, to introduce the Mlynařice into the system, thereby revitalizing its corresponding section.

Very nice place, the viewpoint is a short walk from the kiosk in the parking lot. Those who want to see from other places can walk around the quarry. There are barriers everywhere, but somewhere you can still see a quarry and water. Attention, at your own risk, there are prohibitions everywhere. But the walk is nice and the view is even better.
