The Kauhalammin kierros is characterised by the marshy terrain around the main Lake Kauhalammi. It's a very rewarding 5-kilometre loop in the Kauhaneva-Pohjankangas National Park.

The Kauhalammi Trail is a nice short round-trip. It takes you deeper into Pohjankangas National Park with its scenic boardwalks, small forests and the shimmering Kauhalammi, which translates to cow pond.

Cooking shelter, dry toilet and a sauna free of charge, no reservations taken. Firewood provided. There is a nice walk around the lake and a boat to have a boaty lake experience.
