Good access from the North (via the bird watching station). Much better than from the West, as Komoot suggests.

The location is very nice

On my most recent visit there was a small row boat by the shelter that was free to use. I don't recall it being there before, so maybe it is new or just available in summer?

Provided logs for fire is always available here. You have a shelter right next to water, makes it easy to stay overnight. During the night you may hear barked deers.

Well-equipped shelter with a fire place with enough space to build up multiple tents. The water invites for a after-hiking swim and a morning swim and the high number of blueberry plants guarantees a delicious breakfast / dessert after dinner.

Very nice camping area with enough space to set up more than 5 tents. Really nice fireplace with provided firewood and a shelter right next to the lake. Ideal place to go for a swim.

At Gömmaren there is a windbreak located near the Sverigeleden towards Stockholm. Firewood is available and replenished by Huddinge municipality.

Shelter and fire place with provided fire wood. Excellent place for having a lunch break. Couple of benches and stones to sit on and a nice place to go for a swim during summer.
