Completely unexpectedly, this small sandy beach suddenly appears between the many fantastic rocks 👍 In the stormy, rainy 12 degrees, we would have preferred the dream sauna that appeared a little later 😉.

Arriving outside of opening hours was uncomplicated, and the owner was very friendly.

You'll first spot the little beach from high up above the bay. Its turquoise water and strip of bright sand seem to be straight from a postcard. Once you reach the beach it will be hard to resist heading into the sea for a swim!

You need strong nerves on the road! It's a busy country road (cars, no lie, every 10-20 seconds), which, thanks to the bridge, serves as the main connection between the islands. It's very narrow in places, with guardrails on both sides, and trucks drive past at 70 km/h with only half a meter of space between them. The scenery is beautiful, but anything but quiet.

We happened to land on the pitch in Stenungsund and it's wonderful 🤩🤩 On a small tour of the site, we passed the bathing area. The water 🏝 was 22°.... Wonderfully warm. We can fully recommend both the pitch and the area around it 👍... We spent great days here

Popular swimming area with a diving platform

A really great campsite, somewhat hidden. This is particularly beautifully located on an island in the forest. Toilets and showers were particularly clean. However, it is a bit difficult to get something to eat in the evening. But Stenungsund is only a few kilometers away and everyone can find something for dinner here. http://www.stenungsogarden.se

After a few climbs on the track, you can comfortably rest here on this beautiful lake. There are tables and benches where you can comfortably eat and rest.
