We stayed here for seven days and set off on tours regularly. The typical French breakfast, featuring some regional products, along with the carmine, gave us a great start to the day every morning. Highly recommended! The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

This is an unprecedented view. Where you mainly walk gratefully in the shade of the trees, you can look out here freely. You can also spend the night here, when I walked here in the early morning a hiker who had spent the night just left.

A crossroads with a shelter and a small parking lot. Also located here is the Schubert Stone, one of many memorial stones commemorating the military conflicts that took place here in 1914 and the soldiers who died as a result.

At this inn, you'll spend the night in a lovingly furnished space steeped in history. The building was probably constructed in the 16th century. It housed, among other things, soldier-priests who were supposed to protect a monastery that previously existed here. The monastery no longer exists. Later (in the 19th and 20th centuries), the building was used as a brewery. Wicker baskets are also made in the inn today.

Near the cabin is a boundary marker of the estates of the Lordship of Salm. The original boundary marker is located at Schirmeck Castle.

Rock offering a beautiful panorama of the surrounding mountains. The place has been set up: it is possible to sit down and take shelter. The shelter is very clean, recent and built around a terminal.
