The Buchkammerfels is located in the foothills of the Heidenberg, south of the Drachenfels castle ruins and southeast of the municipality of Busenberg. It is a special cultural monument, also known as the Heidenkammern (Heathen Chambers). The origin and function of the three artificially created, inaccessible rock chambers are still not fully understood. However, it is assumed that they were either outposts or guard posts for Drachenfels Castle, or that the chambers served as a prison for the castle.

Very nice premium hiking trail that leads to the bat tunnels and the Christkindelsfels with a beautiful view. Very well signposted. You don't need a map or a route planner. Simply follow the orange symbol.

The knight stone "Ehem. Bleierzgrube” (Ritterstein No. 29) is located south-east of Erlenbach in the Portzbach valley. The St. Anna tunnel is a show mine near Nothweiler in Rhineland-Palatinate. The former ore mine is protected as a cultural monument.

"The knight's stone [one of the 308 knight's stones of the PWV] is integrated into the masonry of the upper tunnel entrance of the "Erzgrube St. Anna Stollen". [...] The inscription consists of three parts: 'Glückauf' refers to the traditional greeting in German mining regions. 'L. v. G.' and the year 1838 indicate the completion of the tunnel entrance by Ludwig von Gienanth. [...] Knight's stone no. 10 [with the identical name] is located at the lower tunnel entrance."
