The cabin is private, I believe it belongs to the community. There is nice outdoor seating.

The barbecue hut must be rented. Simply turning up and having a barbecue is not possible.

In 2000/2001, the municipality of Ötigheim built a forest, shelter and barbecue hut in the "Große Bahnwiese" area with active support and cooperation with the citizens of Ötigheim and the local clubs/communities. In the period from April to October, this can only be rented by the residents of Ötigheim for private celebrations and the local clubs/communities.
