Located directly on the banks of the Rhine, this simple shelter offers hikers and cyclists a welcome place to rest. From here, you have a magnificent view of the wide river and the surrounding floodplain. The shelter provides protection from rain or sun and is an ideal spot to enjoy the tranquility of nature. Important note: There is no garbage collection here – please take your rubbish with you to help keep the nature reserve clean.

There's a lovely hut here with covered benches for picnicking and relaxing. Remember to take your trash with you!

From the winegrower's hut "Arnos Hütte" you have a wonderful view of the vineyards around the valley of the Wihlbach in the north-eastern corner of the Kaiserstuhl. Behind it, the high mountains of the Upper Black Forest (Kandel, Feldberg, Schauinsland, Belchen and Blauen) rise from east to south. The hut owner and winegrower invites you to a tranquil rest. Careful handling should be a matter of course!
