Lac de Saint-Cassien is a French dam lake located in Provence, in the south-east of the Var department, in the community of communes of Pays de Fayence, named after Saint Cassien.

This magnificent road which passes through the dam lake of Saint-Cassien, Tanneron and Mandelieu-la-Napoule is also called the mimosas route, as these trees are numerous on this section. Mimosa is a beautiful winter flowering tree, well known for its golden yellow flowers. This road has a third name: the road of the perched villages of the east of the Var. You will see in addition to beautiful views of the sea at the end of the route, many villages on their promontories.
