A very idyllic pond where we took a break today.

A beautiful, idyllic pond. The first real visual contact with the Saar is at the TS Beckinger Saarblicke. There are many quiet benches right by the water, scattered among the reeds.

It's always great there. As well as birds, geese and ducks, with a bit of luck and at the right time you can also see deer and wild boar. Today I saw a marten there for the first time, which was being attacked by crows.
