The Messancy (Miezegerbaach in Luxembourgish) is a stream in Belgium, a tributary on the right bank of the Chiers which is part of the Meuse watershed. Shortly after its source, it gives birth to a lake, the Lac de Messancy, north of the village bearing the same name. The Messancy is not navigable anywhere.

A beautiful, newly created cycle path (2022). First along the lake of Messancy with its fishing opportunities and the necessary infrastructure. Then the path meanders closely along the stream in many turns until it ends behind the shopping center. Lots of little highlights to discover and laid out with a lot of love. picnic opportunities.

A nice little narrow path along 5 ponds. The path leads over two bridges, at one end the path is very steep. A beautiful single trail for mountain bikers.
