Fort Carré is a 16th century fort built by King Henry II of France to guard the border with the County of Nice and defend the city of Antibes. The fort's ramparts, 43 meters high, offer a panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. The fort also has a protected park of 4 hectares, where you can admire the typically Mediterranean flora and fauna.

Old beautiful castle ruin from the 13th century. Most of the way you can go to the castle, the rest you have to push the bike ... but everything is back fahr. Unfortunately, the information board posted there is only in French 🤷♂️ ... but that does not affect the whole. Have fun discovering 🤗.

The construction of the triangular castle began in the late fifteenth century and ended in the early sixteenth century. Mouans-Sartoux Castle has become a center for contemporary art of international renown thanks to the "Espace de l'Art Concret".
