About a 15-minute walk from the Ma 10 is a relatively large picnic area with several wooden benches. While it doesn't offer particularly good views of the mountains or the sea, it's certainly enough for a bite to eat before heading to Galatzó or Moleta de's Esclop.

Yes, the owner sometimes makes a strange impression, but he is at least very friendly to overnight guests if they stick to his principles. The food is simply amazing, though, and that alone makes an overnight stay worthwhile. I also found out that hikers who don't stay overnight don't get any water. I find that very rude.

We stayed overnight in this refuge on our hike on the GR221. It is beautifully laid out, the owner was very nice and friendly. If you pre-order, he also offers dinner, which was very good and delicious. The atmosphere for eating is also simply unbeatable and beautiful! We were also able to buy water for the rest of our tour. Highly recommended for an overnight stay! Please note and respect his privacy. Since this accommodation is run in his spare time, alongside his main job, check-in should not take place until 4 p.m.

I stayed at the end of October 2023. The official GR221 goes around the property. To save time and effort, it is easier to access the Finca from the road (only if you are staying there!). Dinner and breakfast were both offered and were DELICIOUS including a very yummy vegetarian option. Bottled water is possible to buy as a guest. There is a spacious 12-bed dorm with cold water showers for men and women. Enough plug sockets for all to charge their electronics. I would fully recommend it as the end of the first stage of the GR221. Booking possible by email in English, Spanish and German.

Still closed as of October/November 2023.

There is an open hut at the rest area. Inside there is a table, a bench and a fireplace. Theoretically you can also spend the night inside.

As of October 2023. At the front of the entrance it says that water is no longer sold here. I actually fully expected it. Passage is also prohibited. The official route of the GR221 now leads a bit above and is signposted. Just pay attention to the marking.

Beware of the owner of the property who, despite kindly offering water for sale (1EUR for a 1.5l bottle), does not actually seem to want hikers to stop and buy it. He is intimidating, bordering on aggressive (standing over you with his large guard dog) whilst you make your purchase and he won't tolerate event the slightest pause for you to retrieve your cash, so make sure you have your money out in advance so you don't have to stop. As someone who hates confrontation, I found this an exceptionally uncomfortable experience and I wouldn't want to repeat it. I was part of a group of 5 young women and we all felt quite shook up afterwards. Once we looked up the reviews for the location on Google afterwards, it became clear that we weren't the only ones to have felt this way. Proceed with caution.
