Spectacular landscape for hiking or cycling. Every corner offers new perspectives. However, you should enter the area well prepared. You need to be in good shape and have enough supplies with you, as there is no water to be found anywhere.

Sublime section for riding gravel. I crossed Spain from north to south and this is my favorite place. Plan your water reserves carefully.

Because of this dried up river bed it is wonderful to play gravel. The sand can be a bit soft, but the place is beautiful!

Beautiful viewpoint over the desert of Gorafe. A unique landscape full of gorges and valleys that is reminiscent of the Grand Canyon in the United States, but is also completely different and unique. If you turn around, you will see that you are standing on a plateau, which only makes the experience more special.

The Gorafe desert is a particularly beautiful place that - very different from the Sahara, for example - does not consist of loose sand, but a high stone plain that suddenly collapses into dozens of gorges and ravines. The landscape is somewhat reminiscent of the Grand Canyon in the USA, but is very different and unique. Several gravel roads run through the desert that are more than worth driving. Cycling here is a unique experience!

Where water once flowed, you will now usually find a gravel path, although it can of course still fill up with water after a unique and heavy rain shower. Like any riverbed, it rides a bit heavier than other trails, but is generally fine to cycle with 45mm tires or wider.
