The Mir waterfall has an impressive drop of 35 meters, which makes it one of the highest in Catalonia. The amount of water that falls down the vertical stone wall depends on the season and the rainfall. It is located in the Bellmunt mountain range, near Santa Maria de Besora.

An easy hike with kids and a wonderful place to visit. It is truly a magical natural place. Can be crowded at times. Please leave it cleaner than you found it.

Luckily it was a weekday and I was able to enjoy the surroundings in solitude. It is the typical place that is dying of fame and its beauty is understood by the dirt and neglect that people of all kinds and conditions visit the corner and that even queue up to take pictures at the waterfall.

The excursion to the Molí de Vidrà jump is a circular and signposted route that will take you to one of the highest jumps on the Ges river. The itinerary leaves from the center of Vidrà itself and follows the PR C47 also called Camí Vora el Ges.

Nice corner. Fresh and shady in summer. You will need to get off your bike at some point. It's worth going to.
