라 발 드 비앙야‬에서 가장 멋진 ‪11‬개의 폭포

This section accompanies the Sant Aniol stream for a large part of its route. The forest guides you through its course and shows you various waterfalls and crystalline pools. If you go in summer, do not hesitate to take a dip in these wonderful waters.

It is a section of broken asphalt and the last 300m are an unpaved stone track

Legend has it that in the past, this pool was a meeting point for witches. One day they had to call a midwife because one of the witches had to give birth, and as a reward the witch gave her some raw lentils. The midwife, angry at such bad retribution, threw them into the river Ter. The next day, when the midwife put on her apron, she saw that a lentil had stuck to it and… it had turned to gold! That is why this gorg is also called the Witches' gorg.

This beautiful and quiet waterfall is located shortly after passing the urban center of the town of Santa Pau towards Mieres, within the river basin of the Sant Martí stream before flowing into the Ser river.

The route of the Masica torrent, in Vallfogona, in times of abundance of water is a marvel with a whole series of more spectacular waterfalls as we go up the river. This is a signposted round trip route, as the continuation towards Milany or the track that descends from Milany is not signposted.
