A beautiful route that runs almost entirely along trails and beautiful natural spaces, offering magnificent views from the top of Xàquera or the Creu de Santos.

The trail offers stunning views of the Puertos de Beceite and Montsant mountains. It's an ideal hike for a sunny or windy day and is known for its scenic beauty and historical significance.

La Punta de l'Aigua is a mountain located near Paüls, in the Lower Ebro region, Catalonia. It is one of the most prominent peaks in the area and is part of the 100 Peaks challenge of the Federation of Hiking Entities of Catalonia (FEEC).

It's a very beautiful peak with fantastic views

500 m high mountain straddling the ridge that runs from SW to NE from Les Llacunas to Rasquera, with Mola de la Llacuna (645m), Punta de Terracuques (568m) as the main peaks. At its summit we find a geodesic vertex as well as the remains of what was Lister's observatory in the Ebro campaign in the war to defend the Republic. To access the Mola there is a passage equipped with staples and a cable in which we must proceed with caution.

It is also called the Lister Observatory since it is a point where you can see long views of the region and the Serra de Cardó-Boix.

the "Xàquera" or the Creu de Santos has two peaks which creates some discrepancy, because while the map of the Piolet publishing house indicates the western point (941.9m) where the geodetic vertex is located, with this name and it remains as regional roof of the Ribera de l'Ebre, it is no less true that the eastern tip, where there is a cross, is what the ICGC calls with this name and with its height (942.3m) it should be the regional roof . Proof of this is that most hikers post photos of the geodesic vertex instead of the culminating point where the Cross is located. Apart from this, the two points are excellent 360º viewpoints of the regions of Ribera and Baix Ebre.
