From up here I have a wonderful view of the Pico Tejera (La Maroma), the villages of Almáchar, El Borge and Comares, as well as Vélez Málaga, Torre del Mar and Iznájar.

already at the end of April at over 30 degrees it was quite a grind 🥵. Sufficient water and sunscreen ☝️ but the view is terrific

From Cerro Olmedo there are beautiful views of the Vilo peak and the landscape that surrounds it. The circular route through the Bosque de las Morillas is an entertaining itinerary without difficulty.

The ascent to the top from the town of Alfarnate can be demanding but it does not have any technical difficulties. The views from its top at 1415 meters above sea level are amazing and without a doubt it is worth getting here.

Think it's the highest peak around and have a nice view all round. There is a letter box for wishes so you may write down your wishes in a slip if paper and drop it there
