Although there is a free camp in the town, we opted to stay at the caravan park as the free camp was completely full and there were some sketchy people staring at us.

Taking another opportunity to get off the Bruce Highway (and avoiding the roadworks). Well worth it too as there were also Mango farms along the way..

If you can get away with it it is best to cross with the traffic rather than taking the walkway as the stairs are very difficult specially with fully laden touring bikes.
