Vetlebotn Hut is a great place to rest and take in the quiet surroundings.

You can drive up a good distance (the road is easy to drive on). Then you come directly to the start of the exciting hiking trail. It is still 2.4 km to the historic Hochalm. Simply beautiful, it's worth it!

Old tenant farm above Fresvik. The trail from Fresvik is steep and narrow in places on the slope. A nice path, but not really recommended in the rain and with children. On the other hand, it is easy to walk via Hof Svea or Middagshaugen.

That was a wonderful hiking experience. A derelict alpine pasture, where you can still see the old alpine huts. Beautiful views of the Sonjefjord.
