The lake behind the hut has no inflow or outflow. Accordingly, the hut says that it is not recommended to get drinking water there. For fresh water you have to walk a few hundred meters down to the river. However, the lake is suitable for swimming because it is relatively warm.

Fantastic place right on the water with good infrastructure. Perfect for spending the night there. There are several fire pits and public toilets. The view is fantastic in all directions.
