The first part of the walk slopes upwards along a gravel road. Then follows a path with swampy path and boulders. In wet weather, that swampy path can get quite muddy. Therefore, bring sturdy footwear that can get wet.

There are signs in town indicating a blue and a red route. The red one is just a bit steeper, but otherwise they're both equally difficult and challenging. As a precaution, we hiked the blue one first and couldn't tell the difference from the red one.
