Stekvasselv gard is a former farm where beds are rented out. The accommodation has been newly renovated and is very modern and beautifully furnished. Many books can be found here about Norge pa langs, and the hosts are extremely helpful. Taking a rest day here (can also happen spontaneously if not fully booked) is definitely a good idea.

This Statskog Hytte can easily be rented on the organization's website, for one to several nights. The hut does not have running water; you get it from the stream next to it. An outhouse belongs to the cabin and the bathroom is in the beautiful lake. The cabin seems renovated, the kitchen is equipped with everything imaginable, and the bedrooms are small but can be darkened (important in summer!). Very quiet location! Caution: Transmitting the code for the door lock does not always work automatically. It is advisable to ask for the code a few days before arrival (office hours are limited, especially during the holiday season).

Beautiful and cozy cabin, very nice hosts. If no one is at home, a note is hung on the front door asking if and where there is still space and that you can easily set up. Very quiet and secluded.

The operators are very friendly and help where they can. I broke a trekking pole and was lucky that Håkon was able to get me a replacement. Otherwise a great place for a day off - a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Mobile phone reception is difficult, but WiFi is available. This is also a good address for people who send themselves supply packages in advance. All in all - full recommendation!

The Tjåkkelestugan (the fat cabin) has six beds and the small, simpler cabin has two beds. In summer you can sleep on an air mattress in the attic. The cabin has a wood stove, kitchen appliances, mattresses, pillows and blankets. It is unlocked and overnight stay is 200 SEK per person per night. Children (0-15 years) stay for free.
