The Grövlan offers a great opportunity to refresh yourself - the water is freezing! - and replenish the water supplies. Directly from the bridge you have a nice view of a small waterfall. A great place for a break!

Not far from the small farm Ryvang Gård you cross the river Röa on the way between Norway and Sweden. Here you can camp wildly wild or take a break and fill up the water supplies
