At the head of Vuludalen and beneath the Rondane peaks of Hornflågan and Blåkollen, the Vulutjønna pair are beautiful mountain lakes. The SAGA long-distance trail weaves between the two on its way to Steindalen and Bjørnhollia.

What a lovely panorama, I had to stay here to enjoy the lovely scenery and use to easy possibility to climb up one of the two mountains nearby and feel the fjell

Cloudberries are plentiful around the ponds. There is a lot of red caps further up Musvolkampen.

A great fell landscape can be found at Lake Muvatnet. Also easily accessible via the nearby road.

Fantastic view of Rondane NP and Atnsjøen. The viewing platform was designed by architect Carl-Viggo Hølmebakk and was completed in 2008. The platform was designed and conceived by Hølmebakk based on the painting "Winter Night in the Mountains" by Harald Sohlberg.
