Grea views of Trondheimsfjorden from the well-paved road. It's pretty flat so with a good wind you can pick up some decent speed between Flakk and Rye.

We were completely alone here on the large meadow. Attention, can be wet even in summer. Seating is available. We stayed here during our 7 day trek

If you hike overnight with a hiking backpack, you will find the perfect place to spend the night and have a barbecue! Whether alone or up to 18 people. Even rowing boats and canoes were moored there. A sign in Norwegian does ask for money for the service (see photos) but only a fairly small fee. But alone for hiking (bigger Tpuren branches off!) beautiful! We recorded the tour on the way back.

Frillsjøen is a deep blue lake surrounded by a wonderful Norwegian forest landscape. On its eastern bank you will find a bathing area where you can refresh yourself after a bike tour. Not far from there, on its north bank, is Frillsjøen campsite.
