Wonderful cabin with panoramic views and a fireplace. Shoes must be removed when entering and overnight stays in the cabin are not possible.

Here is a secluded bathing area with shelter and BBQ area. A granite slab sinks gently into the lake and invites you to take a dip.

A barbecue is also available. Please observe the rules for open fire and take your rubbish with you!

The DNT hut Gammeløya is the only building (next to the toilet house) on the island of Gammeløya just before Kristiansand. You can get here by private boat or by rowing boat from the DNT, which is moored with a lock on the quay on Flekjerøya, to which one gets the code, if one orders an overnight stay at the hut.
