The hike here is somewhat underestimated. It's much more mountaineering than hiking. Therefore, dogs larger than a handbag should not be taken along. Furthermore, there's a constant risk of slipping on the trails due to the loose, sometimes coarse gravel and the smooth stones higher up the mountain. A change of clothes is advisable, but not absolutely necessary. Some of the climbs and descents are very steep, so snacks and plenty to drink are a must. If you make it to the top, congratulations! You'll be treated to a wonderful view of a glacier with a turquoise mountain lake—dreamlike. Have fun and a successful hike with good weather ☀️

A very strenuous, steep climb (partly next to/under the water pipeline) over rocks and later through the forest, over roots and rocks. The views of the waterfalls are continually breathtaking. Absolute surefootedness is a prerequisite. The return journey, along a partially newly paved forest path, is relaxing.

It's a long hike. If possible start from P3. Go early and take shuttle bus from P2 to P3. You can buy tickets in the bus. From P3 hike , the hike is doable within 6 -8 hrs.

Nice long beach. If the weather is nice you could also swim here (but it is very cold). It's best to go to the end of the beach, there are only a few other people. From there a path leads through a horse pasture.
