Litlestemma is primarily known as a waypoint along a popular multi-use trail. The surrounding path is suitable for walking, running, and mountain biking, with little elevation gain. The water feature itself provides a peaceful, picturesque backdrop to a walk that is readily accessible from the city, often featuring historic ruins along the route.

The first part of the hike is a real experience. A beautiful path, very pleasant to walk, with great photo opportunities at every turn.

Tranetjerni is a tranquil lake in Norway, surrounded by dense forests and gentle hills. The clear water reflects the tall pine trees, creating a peaceful and scenic atmosphere.

A view tables and bench with a clear view on Fjellvatnet. A parking is not far away if you want to make a start point to explore the woods.

A nice shelter with table, fireplace and the ponds next to it. I wish I had time to stop and do a picnic there.

You'll maybe have to push your bike to access it, since the hill is very steep, but it's a nice place to take shelter from the rain and setup emergency camp!
