I didn't get any further because of new asphalt, probably two weeks after my post there is fantastic asphalt here!!

A must-see is this steep part of the Ourthe Valley, bucolic and ideal for climbing, as well as the memory of Charles Quint in the ruins of the Lognes castle! Hiking there is a varied pleasure between the relaxing banks of the river where fishermen and kayakers compete, and the impressive rocks to be bypassed by steep paths. Go hiking there, fun is guaranteed!

One of the many caverns in these hills. In this cave a utensil was found in the shape of a beetle (coléoptère).

The legend of the farmer of Lassus and the gnome Babé. The gnome Babé used to live at the foot of one of the rocks. In exchange for doing a lot of work, Babé got food for his family from the farmer lassus, a hamlet downstream from Sy. After his wife died, the farmer remarried. The new husband did not believe in those leprechaun stories at all and thus ended the friendship between Babé and her husband. To avenge himself, Babé secretly exchanged the new baby of the family for a gnome child. The baby did not want to grow and because the farmer was worried, he told this to the little man who "coincidentally" passed by. Babe promised the farmer that his son would grow normally when everything went back to normal and he got food again. That happened. The gnome exchanged the children again and the farmer never forgot to feed his benefactor.

3 unique paths in a row, high on the valley slope: first the valley of the Lembrée in Vieuxville with, among other things, a view of the ruins of Logne on the left. From Ferme de Palogne the beautiful Ourthe valley and finally over the rock ridge in Sy. I think it's in the top 10.

From here there is a very beautiful valley and distant view. A bank invites you to linger.
