Beautiful place, you can walk in the gorge and the next day go up from the Sibilla refuge to see the gorge from above. Unfortunately when we went there was too much water and we couldn't get over the river (it would have taken more determination than ours) so we did a very short tour that is not a loop.

The path to the Infernaccio Gorge crosses an active rockfall gully. When we were there, it had rained heavily during the night, water was splashing down from above and every now and then one or two small stones were clattering down, which gave us an uneasy feeling because there were also larger chunks of rock lying on the side of the road.
