A hamlet of the municipality of Rosolina, Rosolina Mare is one of the main tourist centers in the Po Delta. The Strada delle Valli is an excellent way to observe the island of Albarella and the lagoon between Rosolina and Rosolina Mare, in a unique landscape where water and land seem to merge.

Gravel tour along the edges of the northern lagoon, skirting the cavane, or typical wooden houses for storing boats. The road is dotted with some historic lagoon boundary stones, which served to delimit the management and administrative boundaries of the Water Authority in the lagoon area

I confirm: the ferry from the left bank of the Po di Levante runs a couple of weekdays and weekends in summer, but with few trips, like two in the morning and three in the afternoon. We gave up on taking it, after Alberella we returned to the starting point up to the Adige embankment (18 km outward and the same number on the return). Pleasant nonetheless
