Easy walk just 10 minutes from Champoluc, the waterfall deserves as it offers beautiful views. After the first jump the top it would be good to continue towards Mascognaz as you can discover other interesting points of view, but the path becomes steeper and more bumpy.

You won't find much drinking water along the mountainside, but this fast stream is presumably safe. Fresh it is for sure :)
