Beautiful waterfall on the roadside

Along the climb that leads to the lake behind the tower, a stop and a photo are a must.

The road passes by a stunning waterfall, completely frozen in the winter months.

Once you reach the Val Gravio refuge, just a few meters away, you will find this small Gravio waterfall. It is small but the water flow flows into a first pool with blue-turquoise water. It is beautiful even if small.

Go to the 2nd floor of the waterfall (sign), it’s worth the detour

It is worth making this other climb, once you get here, because this village recalls some areas of Trentino, in terms of environments... and then, you can enjoy the spectacle of one of the Novalesa waterfalls up close and, on the opposite side, a view overview of the famous abbey (which is worth visiting, given that it is a short distance from where the descent begins)
