On the road between Cannobio and Malesco, a high bridge over the Cannobino stream is very fascinating and serves as a panoramic point on the ravine below. The Cannobino is a river that flows entirely in the province of Verbania-Cusio-Ossola, flowing into Lake Maggiore after a course of 25 kilometers.

The Orrido di Sant'Anna is a deep gorge carved out by the Cannobino torrent, not far from Cannobio. With its sheer rock walls and crystal-clear waters, it is an ideal destination on hot summer days, when many visitors stop to swim or explore the scenic paths that run alongside it. Nearby is a small church dedicated to Sant'Anna, dating back to the 17th century.

Always an excellent road for training, carrying water with you because it happened to find very little on the road.

Magnificent section, the gradient is moderate and allows you to fully enjoy the fantastic landscape. The covering is mostly very good (06/2023).
