Bivacco Il Soglio

The Soglio was inaugurated in 2008, following its construction thanks to the workers of the State Forestry Corps (today's Carabinieri Forestali), mostly using materials of local origin such as timber and the stone that covers the exterior.

Very nice hostel with the extremely friendly host Luca. We sat at the Boller stove in the kitchen, got delicious food from our own garden and the wine was not to be scoffed at either.
