Easy to miss! At the P on the mountain side of the road there is a fountain where you can refill your water bottle. Depending on the dryness, however, it is only a thin trickle that dries up completely. In September 2024, it was bubbling abundantly.

A truly fantastic view of the Sylvenstein reservoir. One of those places you should visit at least once, the great impressions stay in your memory. Beautiful region, great location, wonderful!

It's simply beautiful here, and the forest paths around Lake Sylvenstein are particularly recommended by bike, provided you have the appropriate tires.

It's great to swim here; flip-flops are a good idea for the shore because the stones are quite coarse. The parking lot is not particularly large; the fee can be paid using the Easy Park app. The only free parking space directly behind the bridge along the main road.
