Let your gaze wander over the glittering water of Lake Geneva, enjoy the cozy atmosphere in the beautiful town of Nyon and treat yourself to a piece of cake in one of the cafés. What more do you need for a successful hiking break? Incidentally, the 320-kilometer Jura High Trail, which starts near Zurich, ends in Nyon.

A truly picturesque town on the shore of Lake Geneva at the mouth of the Greny creek. This beautiful area has been inhabited since the Bronze Age. Coppet impresses with a medieval townscape with ornate houses from the 16th century. The church and the castle, completed in 1767, are also worth seeing. Be sure to visit the magnificent interiors and the palace gardens!
