Update (29.9.24) The path is open to normal use again Currently (13.7.24) the Saubachschlucht is closed due to a landslide. A diversion is signposted from the Bernrain railway crossing.

There is a new route, if you come from the west it's not that clear. Take the left path behind the recycling center.

A wildly romantic ravine that was closed for a long time due to a landslide and is now open to the public again. Wild chamois live in the ravine and I was able to observe them.

The path down the ravine is no longer maintained, so it is a little difficult but can be walked on with sure-footedness. The waterfall can only be reached from above.
