Did you find the entrance? I climbed around there for 20 minutes, but only found areas that were filled in

According to the map, there is supposed to be a cave here, there are also several holes in the slope that indicate a system. However, these are either small or filled in, climbing around is only recommended to a limited extent.

The founding legend reports on a hunting accident suffered by Baron Walter von Hohenklingen. A missed shot had irritated the hunted boar so much that it threatened the noble's life. In his need he vowed to build the pilgrimage church in case of rescue. Walter kept his promise and had the chapel built in honor of the Mother of God and Saints George, Christophorus and Jodokus. In 1336 Walter von Hohenklingen gave the chapel to the St. Georgen monastery in Stein am Rhein. After heavy rains, the church threatened to slide and collapse in 1698. It was rebuilt in the place where it still stands today and splendidly furnished in the baroque style. A Lourdes grotto, to which a Via Crucis leads, reminds us of the old location.
