June 29, 2025: I hiked up the Murg Valley Trail. It's completely passable again. It's actually in the shade—very pleasant in the 30+°C.

Beautiful tunnels in the Murgtalpfad. By bike or on foot, both are easily doable in both directions.

The tunnel is now open again and you should be able to drive through again. Apparently the path has now been repaired after a slide.

Unfortunately, the bottom section is currently (or longer?) Blocked for security reasons. What a shame ... Addendum from 19.09.2021: According to information from a bike colleague in Germany, the route should now be open again.
